Hi everyone, I am currently working on the CIPD level 5 DVP01 assignment and I have a question for activity 3 hope I can get some guidance on it. I have only started the apprentice few months ago and have no prior hr related work experience and in this activity it required us to give evidence and examples of using the problem solving technique and project manager meant technique in a project we have recently participated it, which I don’t have any experience with any HR related project yet, does anyone know would it be possible for me to use non hr related projects for this activity please?
