Hi, I'm currently studying level 5 and am in the midst of 5ICM implementing coaching and mentoring. The activity is a briefing paper on how to implement coaching and mentoring. I'm really struggling with this as not sure what is required. If anyone has any advice it would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi Lisa, yes ive been using this, great resource. I think I'm struggling as its a briefing paper, I have to advise how to implement coaching & mentoring within an organisation. Just not sure how to set out a briefing paper or what they are looking for? #confused

I believe a briefing paper should have a short introduction, the main body should contain the main answer and finish with a brief conclusion.
