I have recently secured my first HR admin job and I am looking to start my level 3.
Could I please ask advise on whether people studied the certificate or diploma please and through which company?
Also does both the certificate and diploma allow you to study the level 5 afterwards?

Under the new CIPD qualifications there is only a Certificate at Level 3. I would recommend speaking to a couple of different places who are already set up to deliver this. Here's some more information on the New CIPD Quals.
When choosing who to study with think about how much independent work you want to do compared with how much support from tutors and interaction with other's on the course. And also who you feel most comfortable with.
