1 PDP/CDP help - I have no idea what I am doing!

Hi evening,

I am trying to complete my PDP/CPD for my level 5 CIPD and i am so confused as to what i should be doing!! The notes / instructions from ICS Learn are not clear and i am now stuck. I would like to start the first module but i believe you cant start until the PDP is submitted.

Can anyone give me any guidance/help? I believe there is a guide that someone made up - so if anyone has that, please could you send this to me.

Hi Stephen,

I'm sorry to hear you have this experience. I recently did my Level 5 through ICS Learn. You can start the first module without completing the PDP. Your PDP is a part of your summative assessment for Developing Professional Practice. I would start the materials for your first module and message your tutor with specific questions.

Additionally in DVP (Developing Professional Practice), there is a template for your PDP and CPD log which will be really helpful when completing this exercise.
