I'm studying online with AVADO and am at a complete loss with this feedback for this criteria - can anyone help with breaking this down? I have no idea what I am supposed to write.
You need to provide at least five examples of how the L&D function can support leadership and management development e.g. needs assessment, design and delivery of interventions, identifying and assessing potential leaders, advising on individual and group development and the context/ways of working in which individuals and teams work, evaluating outcomes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
