I’ve recently been made redundant from an organisation after 20 years. I’ve got many years management and leadership experience and wish to move into an HR career
All job adverts state the requirement of having a CIPD qualification. Would welcome any advice on whether It’s better to find an HR role first at a more junior level and then study for a CIPD qualification or start the qualification first?
Would the level 5 diploma be right for someone entering the industry with a business degree and management experience?
Any thoughts and advice welcome. Thanks!!
