I have been looking for answers online and glad that there is a reliable HR community here who could advise on this matter. Working as HR Professional for 10+ years with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (major in HR), what courses could equip me with HR knowledge particularly for UK (other than on-the-job training)?

Master of HRM from a University? Or Level 7 certificate courses from ACACIA / ICS / AVADO?

I will be moving to UK with my husband therefore preparing for job hunting. When I looked at the job advertisement on Linkedin, CIPD certification/level is well-respected in UK unlike HK where mainly values job experience and a bachelor degree. Appreciate everyone's advice here!
