CIPD Level 5 - UIN5 - Using information in HR

Hello everyone,

I am doing my CIPD 5 with ICS and I am struggling with this unit.

I am doing a paper on retention strategies in the hospitality industry but I can't seem to find the right research.

I either find other literature reviews or research you have to purchase.

Does anyone have any suggestions or has done anything similar and could help me?

I would really appreciate it.

    Hi Sandra,
    I’m exactly the same as you, retention in Hospitality and cannot find any journals or research I can use.
    Any help from anyone much appreciated

    Hi Peter,

    I just spoke to a tutor and he mentioned that the research can just be on retention in general, it does not have to come from the hospitality sector. You could even take it from IT or health sector and relate it back.
    I am not sure if this will help me further, but I will try to find more generic research.
    Do let me know if you can find anything good though:)
