Good evening all, 

I am currently studying CIPD Level 5 and am stuck on the summative assessment for unit 5UIN. I have selected Pregnancy & Maternity Discrimination as my topic. 

I think once I have my question formed then I will be able to research literature etc. but I am stuck with how to form it?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
