Entry to HR profession

Hi! I am new to the ICPD community and before embarking on the journey to get my qualification I would really appreciate some input from more experienced professionals. I hold 2 Bachelors in English Language and Law. I have no experience in the HR profession, only administrative experience in a law office as an assistant. To pursue an entry level job should I be better off with a level 3 or level 5 qualification or should I go straight for a master's degree? Any opinion would be great, to help me get out of my crossroad! Thank you

    If you do a search you will find a lot of very similar questions and some very good advice.

    In your circumstances I certainly would not recommend going for the L7/Masters route - it will in all probability make your job search much harder not easier.

    Your main hurdle is likely to be experience not qualifications. You could certainly do either of L3 or L5 and the debate is more around how much of a foundation you need in the basic knowledge
