Hi everyone,

I’m a final year LLB (Hons) student who is expecting to graduate (albeit virtually!) with a 2:1 very shortly. For a number of reasons, I decided to pursue a career in HR instead of undertaking further training to become a solicitor. 

I have no HR experience or knowledge at the moment. I work part time as a medical administrator, but I’m hoping at some point to find a HR administrative role (with the pandemic I’m not sure how long this will take). I’m very nervous about transitioning from law to HR. I don’t know anyone that works in HR, or that has completed any CIPD qualifications. 

I just wanted to reach out on this forum to ask if there are any people that have completed the L3 that would be willing for me to contact them for advice with starting the L3, and also for help if I’m ever finding any modules particularly difficult.
