CIPD level 5

I've recently just done level 3 and im wondering how much harder is the level 5? 

Im not the most academic person so im not sure if id get through it.

  • Hi Gemma, I am currently studying this at moment. The course is quite academic, citations and referencing being one of the key aspects of the assignments. Lots of independent study is required. This course has helped me in my work as a manager and as a new HR professional.
    Good luck with the course if you decide to do it.
