I work for the NHS (non-clinical) and I am completing my MSc in HRM part-time. I am looking for some inspiration for my dissertation, specifically what topic to focus on. I really want to do something that will ideally add value to my organisation. Any ideas?

The best place to start is by asking your employer what the big 'business issues' are for them. There has been a lot of talk (for example) about post Brexit staff shortages in the NHS. Is that relevant?
Do you sit in the main HR function or can you go to them and talk about what their issues are?
