I was just wondering if anyone has recently completed this unit? I

I have managed to make a start but am totally stuck now on the section 'assessing a range of different factors which impact an organisation's business and it's HR function'. I am not even sure if I have done the first 2 points correctly! I just feel that this assessment is very vague and the criteria assessment points a bit repetitive! 

 Any help, support would be greatly appreciated!
