HR Professionals Post COVID-19

With the rapid increase of distance learning being embraced by the populace due to the current climate of people working from home, what do you think will happen to the Entry level HR Positions? 

It looks highly likely that as businesses collapse due to the economic stagnation that there will be a reduction within industries to have a requirement for larger HR departments. Does this mean we will end up in a position similar to investment banking post 2008 recession wherein there is not enough positions for CIPD qualified professionals? Will it mean that the quality competitive line will increase meaning those with zero to lesser experience will have a significant disadvantage vs those that have minor experience in the field?
