Hi This is my first assignment for the level 5 diploma. Getting through most of the questions but suddenly a bit stuck. I need to show how I have contributed to the development of job descriptions, person specifications and competency framework. I have templates for evidence of each for my appendix but not sure what I need say in my short narrative. Any advice on this would be very helpful. Thanks Cheryl
