Hello, hope someone can help me... I'm doing 5DVP with Avado. I've written up the assignment, but I'm now thinking I've done Activity 3, "2.1 Apply project management techniques" wrong! I based my example on a project I led, which was to find a training provider/programme for our team. I've applied a SWOT analysis to identify the team's and organisation's strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities so I could identify the areas we'd need training in. Then I used SMART to set the objectives for one of the training areas I identified through the SWOT. Is that right? I'm not sure now, as I did the SWOT analysis for the team/organisation rather than the actual “project” and used SMART for the training objectives
