Hi All,

Currently trying to complete my assignment on 5ODT - Organisation Development. Has anyone completed this recently? Can you please advise what it is they are looking for in LO1.1 - can I speak about Maslow and McGregor or is it an overview of behavioural science/social psychology in general they are looking for? 

Feeling a little lost with it TBH so any help is greatly appreciated.
