Struggling with CIPD Level 5 - Unit 1. I am currently studying with ICS Learn. Can anyone suggest any authors that talk about skills, knowledge and behaviours of a HR professional?? Also any other resources that I can use to support me Thanks

Hi, your starting point should be the CIPD Professions Map and the CIPD Code of Conduct, both available on the CIPD website.
