I hope you can help me. 

I completed the Level 7 Diploma in HRM in September. I’ve submitted my CV for screening and received neither a yes or no answer stating that I am eligible due to having the Diploma, however, they can’t say from my CV.

I completed the Chartered upgrade form, but I feel I would benefit from someone having a look at it and/or a discussion on points for improving it before I submit. Is there somewhere I could contact for support, please? I've already contacted my local branch and was told the best place to turn to is a membership event, which they don't have planned anytime soon.
