From an employability perspective , which would you suggest is best? I have been accepted on to a HR MSc but itching to learn and get going so I am contemplating online L7?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

No right answer but of the MSc gives you full membership and you can work in HR while doing it I would do that. If its a full time course then the risk is you come out qualified but with no experience.
