From an employability perspective , which would you suggest is best? I have been accepted on to a HR MSc but itching to learn and get going so I am contemplating online L7?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

If you do the MSc ensure it is accredited by CIPD, that way when you graduate you will get an MSc and will become a L7 CIPD equivalent which will help you later when going for Chartered Member etc.
