Not really sure where to post this message. I was wondering if anyone based in Spain is active on here.

I have just started studying the Level 5 Diploma in L&D and am looking to make the progression from product trainer to L&D professional.

Here in Spain things work a bit differently... it seems transferable skills are not really of any value here....

I would love to contact anyone in Spain working in HR- L&D or any fellow students to get their insight.
