Do you know any models from literature that we can use for Point 4 in U3 ?

It's the key stages in strategy formulation and implementation with a reference to a model from the literature :)

How did you get on with unit 2? I'm struggling to get into the literature review, I don't think I'm contrasting the articles as they want - does this need to be done in the review as well as the critique?
If you still need help with unit 3 I've passed that one!
