Does anyone know about how to apply for the mentoring scheme? I am currently studying for CIPD level 5 in L&D

There is also the CIPD Steps Ahead Mentoring Scheme which might be applicable?

Steps Ahead is for jobseekers aged 18-24 or a parent or carer returning to work, can be referred by Job Centre Plus.

Are you working in L&D? Mentoring schemes are being run by a lot of CIPD Branches, and the next intake will be in September. Those who are successful will be paired with a suitable mentor. Whether or not mentoring is suitable for your situation will be picked up when you complete the form on the link that Keith has listed above.
