I've moved roles from a Specialist recruiter, to Resourcing to HR and now drifting more towards people & organisation development, programs, talent management to develop our internal resources.  

Has anyone any experience of short 4-5 days courses, specifically topics such as People Development Strategies, People Talent. 

I've 20 years plus exposure within HR, however my CIPD quals were gained 1998 and i just feel they need a refresher. The CIPD route currently looks demanding and i just dont have the available time and brain energy to give to this nice and shinny process.
