Hi,

The learning provider should be able to give you information on report writing, but I use a generic report structure which i tweek depending on the context:

Executive summary
Introduction
Analysis/discussion Recommendations
References
Appendices

There may also be a title and contents page. If its more of an academic, rather than business report, you'd go in methodology, results and discuss separately.
