Hi.  Three years ago I 'downsized' myself when I was FE COllege Deputy Principal - in charge of strategic planning, quality and performance (10 years) - and was seconded to a local authority Delivery unit supporting the Chief Exec implement major transformation in a local Authority.  Since then I have also worked in a software company as an Education SME.  However, I feel that many of my skills are transferable - expecialy the business planning, quality and performance management (analysis) and  I have Agile Scrum and MSP quals, but despite having these and an MBA am having problems breaking into Transformation and OD type roles which is where I would like to go.  Can anyone advise what Quals might help me?  Many thanks, Alan
