6 Becoming a MCIPD

Hello Everyone

I am currently working for an RPO as Senior Sourcing Specialist and was wondering if anyone could advice on how to become an MCIPD. Through my Masters degree I have obtained Associate membership and keen to become an MCIPD to add value to my organisation as well as our client in the areas of Recruitment, talent advising etc.

Can anyone please advise on this.
