Welcome to the community. When i was going through level 3, our group were told to pick a subject within the HR area that we knew a lot about or could find the information easily (for those not in a HR role already.)

In my role at the time as i covered maternity/paternity leave, I chose this to be my L & D subject of choice. As we were given the brief of developing the lesson to those who knew nothing about the subject, the activity offered during the lesson, was to match up the sentence to the correct answer.

Lucky for me I used to be a teacher so running the lesson was fine.
