Moving on from HR - what next?

I think HR skills can be transferable in many fields, but it will really depend on your own interests, experience and background. Moving into a change management or another operational role can sometimes be a good option for people.

There is nothing stopping you making any career change you wish. You just need to think about what you are looking for and make a plan to get there.
