Good Morning All.

After searching to find a job role in my new home town my childcare option has now fallen through completely. I have decided to take a leap and start as a self employed VA with HR Services. Has anyone gone out on their own freelance and can give me any hints or tips? What is the best way to get clients? Specifically the first ones who are the hardest. I was thinking of offering some free hours in exchange for reviews?
