Good evening, I’m an experienced L&D specialist aspiring to transition into a generalist HRBP role. I recently completed my L5 certification in Human Resources Management and have used the experience to gain a working knowledge of all HR disciplines. I am currently furloughed and wish to use this time to get exposure to the world of HRBP. I could offer 1-2 days per week on a voluntary basis to the right organisation willing to help me grow & develop my skills.
