HR Mentoring and Advice

Dear All

I resigned from my post as Head of HR in January 2018 and I am now seeking an alternative role. I am finding the market extremely difficult and I am finding a number of recruitment agencies to be ineffective (although they claim to be working with me!).

I am CIPD Level 7 qualified and I have recently passed my MA in Strategic HR.

Any career advice or mentoring would be really helpful!

Hi David... without giving too much away, what nature / size of organisation was the Head of HR role?

Healthcare - 550 employees. I progressed upto this role but due to leadership changes etc the focus changed suddenly from people focused to profit/financial and in my opinion disregarded HR/our employees.
