Having had 2 children in the last 3 years, I have returned to work from my last period of maternity leave. I feel that I would benefit from a Mentor and wondered if there was any process for those in employment to gain expertise from another professional via CIPD?

Hi Lesley,

My understanding is that the way of gaining a CIPD mentor is to connect with your local CIPD branch and ask there.

Although I haven't proceeded down this route, as I found mentors through personal referral, I know that some have. Once they have got a mentor, they have found the value.
