Hi All, I am 34 year old PGDM in HR (post graduate diploma management) and recently relocated to the UK. I finished my post graduation in 2011 and worked as a senior associate in a business partner profile for a year. I had to take a break from my HR career due to husband’s multiple postings in different countries for the last 9 years Now that we are permanently settled in the UK I am thinking of reviving my career but just going blank as to where to start. Please suggest if I need a CIPD certification before I start looking out for a suitable profile (if yes then what level). Also what role and profile should I be looking for since I hardly have a year’s experience.
