I am currently working in HR and have thought about HR consultancy work.
would anyone have any recommendations on how I could do this? or what qualifications/ experience I would need?
I was a consultant for a few years and the main thing is definitely broad experience and a willingness to understand your clients and tailor your advice accordingly. Qualifications will be less relevant than real world experience, you will be expected to know how to deal with whatever your clients encounter.
