Volunteers needed - Free coaching sessions

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some volunteers - I am about to finish the Coaching course with Institute of Management accreditation at the end of May. Unfortunately, I finished the coaching sessions with my coachees before I reached enough hours for the qualification.

To cover the required hours I am happy to offer 3 coaching sessions provided they start before the end of the month.

For the last 10 years I have been working in HR and have progressed from HR Administrator to HR Business Partner, I currently manage People Services and Business Partnering team for the 350+ employees fintech startup.

Having transitioned from a corporate environment to a startup and also from technology to financial services I know it can be sometimes scary and challenging to start in a new role or in a new industry. I have also gone through redundancy myself and found coaching and guidance can be helpful in the transition too.

I am happy to offer support to fellow HR professionals regardless of their background or previous experience.

Please, send me a note and I would share a session-scheduling link with you, so we can have a chat.

Have a nice day,

Polina Mironova

  • Hi Polina,

I'm working on my final unit for the CIPD L5 Associate Diploma in Organizational L&D.

I read your post and it resonated with me. I worked in private investment consulting services before moving into language and post-secondary education, and then into corporate training delivery.

I went through a redundancy after the L&D department I was working for was restructured because of COVID impacts. Then, I felt the sting of being dismissed from an L&D specialist role I was passionate about because the role was too big for me at the time.

These experiences were key in my decision to get my CIPD certification.

I'm excited to apply the knowledge and skills I'm acquiring now. But recently I started feeling anxious about the challenges of landing and starting a new role.

My professional and personal development will benefit from coaching and guidance and I'm wondering if you're still offering support.

    Kind regards,

    Ray Kuh Meiers
