Hi,
I passed my post graduate diploma in personnel management back in 2011. But was unable to secure a role to start my HR career. In 2017 I undertook a L3 award in Education and Training; with a view to look at L&D roles.
Having only been able to find work in short term admin roles on and off since then. (I currently work in a museum). Last year i was fortunate to go on secondment (6 months) to a role which involved recruitment and L&D. Since then I have yet to be able to utilise these skills and knowledge gained at the time.
I have uploaded my CV to the usual jobsites and update my LinkedIn profile where possible.
Would anybody be able to advice me on possible routes, please?
