Hi CIPD community. I am an assoc member of the CIPD and completing a PhD in work and employment. I am looking at unpaid internships and social mobility and seeking professional participants who work with interns to speak with me over a 1-2-1 teams call. I want to understand why interns are used, the benefit to the student and the company and consider how we can get more students from widening participant backgrounds into highly competitive roles.
