Hi all
I have been working in HR for a year and a bit and have received 2 promotions since joining the company. My role currently manages a team and focuses predominantly around ER. I am looking for support in navigating managing my team and a large case load. I also want to be able to think about my department more strategically to help achieve business objectives.
I am finding navigating my new role difficult and i am starting to lose confidence in my abilities. I know I have a lot to offer the world of HR so I am looking for some support in my career.
I am also studying for my Level 5 and I hope to finish by the end of the year!
