Hi everyone, I am trying to seek for a role within HR but not quite sure of the roles that will suit my experience.  I have worked in Diversity management, Recruitment, which were over 10 years ago. Having been working in Employment Advise, supporting people into paid job.

I would really appreciate some suggestions on current soft HR roles that I can prepare myself for in case I am asked to submit a CV or written statement of roles that I believe my skills will be able to match.

I will be very interested to hear from any community members who may feel able to share their experience.
