Advice for transitioning into HR

Hi all,

Do people have any advice on how to transition into HR? I live in London and have an MSC in HR as well as a level 7 Advanced certificate in Human Resources, but have been working in Project Management for the last 5 years. Would anyone be able to tell me what routes are there to get into the industry i.e. any good job websites? I'd welcome any advice.

This is probably the most asked question on here so if you use the search facilities you will find a lot of helpful advice
In addition the CIPD did this webinar earlier in year

Your challenge will be you are very heavily qualified but with little direct experience. I would suggest you look for Project management roles implementing HR projects as a way in.
