I am after some advice please. I’ve recently finished working for my previous employer having worked 24 years in the leisure management industry in the public sector. Always been my ambition and challenge to move into HR but it seems tough to get that first role. I’ve achieved the CIPD Level 5 in HRM but any advice would be great. Does anyone know how to access the CIPD mentor scheme and any recommendations on voluntary work contacts perhaps in the interim. Regards Rob
