Hi,
I’m new to all things HR and currently don’t work in the sector, though the role I now do has some elements of HR to it.
I am due to complete my CIPD level 3 and always intended, once I qualified, to look for work as a HR assistant.
Given the current job climate, am I being naive to think anyone would consider my application?
Would appreciate any input on this.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I completely agree that L3 is not enough, that’s why I took a lower paid job at work to get some experience. I’ll have a look at the other information available on the site to help me as well. Thanks for your wishes and comments.
