A great morning . I am a Chartered MCIPD, and I am thinking, if there is any way I can help any organisation, participate in any assignment/intervention or be part of any research and keep learning. Anyone of you may help me with any connection.
I want to scale up my skill and capability, and I am searching for an assignment in which I can say, as Chartered MCIPD, I have made a difference.
I am based out of Bangalore, have 11 years of experience in Military, and 8 years incorporate as HRBP. I am also a PMP, and a public speaking and storytelling enthusiast. Search for an International assignment has not landed me anywhere yet.
Any clue from anyone of you will be highly appreciated.

You are right that it's a rare match in which what an organization is looking matches what I have to offer. There is definitely a need to tell a better story about what I have, to offer, to catch the attention of the companies. But when AI is deciding the profile match, I am thinking, how to match AI's expectations before I match a company's expectation.
Of course, it won't come easy I am sure, and for me, a good long way to go.
