Good Afternoon All

I have an interview in a couple of weeks for a large retailer and they have sent me over a case study and additional resources to prepare a people plan for the 3 sites I will be partnering with. They want short term plans (1st quarter) and longer term plans for the rest of the 12 months. I am keen to demonstrated that I have reviewed the resources and analysed the data to allow me to propose any changes, but the key focus I believe is around gaining buy in and motivating the Site Managers, looking at resources and timescales and what the impact will be on the proposals and how I will measure the value added.

Does anyone have any advice in regard to anything specific that I should be considering? This is the first role that I have applied for in a retail environment so wondering if there are any retailisms to consider? Any other general advice is also welcome at this stage and I can get my head into the detail later tonight so I can send everything over in advance.
