I was hoping the community could help me in deciding, which job vacancies I should be applying for. I have run a recruitment business (very small - 22 employees), I have mainly been on the HR side of things -( internal recruitment, staff retention, job specs and ads, motivation, operations, advice and provided an overall strategy for the business etc). I've worked with each department head as well, so my experience is very well rounded. My MBA (masters in business administration - with the OU) is complete in 4 months. Currently, I am seeking to specialise in HR, this is where my strengths and passion lies. I have a CIPD L5 in HR - completed in 2015
The advice so far has
Apply for HR manager or HR Business partner roles and consider talent acquisition.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
