Hello everyone!
Looking for advice from HR Leaders and recruitment specialists.
Having just moved over to London after 4 years abroad and not worked in HR in UK previously (as left abroad with post-grad offer and started my HR career abroad) I've now been on a job hunt for about 4 weeks and nearly every call back I get states that unfortunately, they are looking for someone with UK (especially UK Employment Law) experience..
I have now received an offer for a 4 months temporary HR Advisor role, so my question would be, would taking a step back on a seniority of the role affect my future search of managerial roles? Would you take a role to gain required 'UK Experience' or would you be patient and spend time searching for HR Manager role instead?
Cheers! :)
