Good Morning All,

I have worked in HR for just over 11 years. 6 of those years were in the RAF as a HR clerk and the other 5 working within a Roofing & Scaffolding Company.

I would like some help in strategic HR, I have never got involved but would really like to. Could anyone explain to me what strategic HR is and any tips on how to get involved in it within my company?

(We are a small company so the only HR is me)
